We take pride in providing reliable, fairly priced service and never inflate our rates after wind or ice storms. Please note that we prioritize storm damage, but cannot provide same-day emergency services.
Our Story
After earning his bachelor’s degree in Forestry from Michigan State University, Jim Gordon founded Gordon’s Tree & Shrub in 1989. What began as a small local operation has grown into a trusted, family-owned tree service built on expertise, hard work, and a commitment to quality tree care.
Today, the business continues to grow, with Jim’s son expanding operations to Northern Michigan, proudly serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Traverse City area. With over 35 years of experience, Gordon’s Tree & Shrub is built on honest work, professional service, and a commitment to keeping trees healthy and properties safe.
